The Mühlenplatz is the center of the village with the wedding mill and other half-timbered houses.
Landesbergen's pride and joy is the historic mill square with bakehouse, mill inn and Spieker. The wedding mill (gallery Dutch windmill), built in 1872 and restored in 1987 and 2010/11, houses a small exhibition on the local history of the village.
The mill is often booked by bridal couples for civil wedding ceremonies. The wooden bridal book, in which the wedding party can immortalize themselves, is unique. The civil ceremony ends with a glass of sparkling wine and the sound of the carillon, and life together as a married couple begins (information: registry office Samtgemeinde Mittelweser, Tel. 05025-980820).
