In addition to the opportunity to shop, the market also serves as a weekly meeting place for chatting. You have the opportunity to drink coffee, eat waffles, fish sandwiches, pizza or bratwurst. In summer there is beer from the Weserpils brewery and in winter mulled wine and apple punch are offered by the Uchter Saftmobil. It deliberately takes place in the afternoon until the early evening to give working people the opportunity to shop at the weekly market.
